OUR 3 METHODS OF WORKING:
Each project is unique but the outline is often identical
1. Making shortlists of appropriate distributors. Based on our research sources, databases, phone interviews, websearch, fair catalogues etc. we will first make a "longlist" of all companies working in the specific maket segement. This list is often 100-200 companies. The next step is that we check each of of them and by using a number of knock-out criteria we get a quality list of 20-30 companies. This list will be made in Excel or Word. The list will typically contain short company profile, address, website, size, main products etc.
or
2. Making shortlists and contacting distributors by letter and phone. The results are that we supply the companies that have expressed interest in the product. That will generally be 2-5 companies, but no guarantee can be given. We do need all relevant arguments and sales tools for this to arouse serious interest. When we pass on these contacts it is up to you to invite them for a meeting.

3. Full search procedure. Making shortlist, contacting and visiting relevant companies. We present full reports to you on these companies. In fact we sell the concept to them and/or motivate them to talk to you. The final report will enclose all contacted companies and the list of interested companies. We even help making the first appointment and organize the first meeting with you.
